STUDIO RENTAL

Studio available for rent for Fitness, Dance or Singing practices. Equipped with full length mirrors and speakers (uses 3.5mm audio cable to connect to phones). Toilet available in the studio itself and water cooler available at the lounge area.

Fits about 10-15 pax.

It is about 8 minutes walk from Lavender MRT station or 10 minutes walk from Bugis. We are located on the second floor beside Fluff Bakery.

Rules / Terms & Conditions

Booking of studio is subjected to availability. Do call/WhatsApp us to enquire on the availability.
Keep the premise clean at all times. Clear any forms of trash into the bin.
If water is spilled onto the floor, please clean immediately as it will spoil the flooring if not cleared.
No smoking or eating in the dance studio. You may eat at the lounge area but please throw into the green bin outside of the studio. Do not throw any food items/boxes in the studio trash bin.
No walking shoes allowed into the studio. Only shoes with soft soles (e.g. dance shoes) are allowed.
Ensure that all equipment/furniture are arranged back to its original position after use.
A damage fee will be charged accordingly for any damages caused during the rental session.
Payment of 50% of the rental fee to be made at least 1 week before rental session to confirm the booking.
Additional fee applies when renting for big parties that includes decorating of studio, food (e.g. buffet) and drinks.
JCDA reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
